Enjoy a delicious mix of sweet and balanced flavours lifted by a slight taste of sour. Made of organic chia seeds, superfruits and raw freeze-dried super-powders, this chia bowl is naturally rich in iron and is also a good source of protein and omega-3.

What is a chia bowl ?
A “power bowl” for breakfast!
To be enjoyed at breakfast, the chia bowl is a mixture rich in fruits and seeds (superfoods) providing essential nutrients for a full and balanced breakfast. This chia bowl mix will help to avoid cravings. It’s texture is similar to a pudding or porridge.
Shake well before opening. Pour 2 tbsp of Superfruit chia bowl into a bowl, then cover with almond milk, 1 tsp of agave syrup or honey and 3 tbsp of plain yoghurt. Leave to rest for at least 2 to 3 hours, or ideally overnight.
The next day, add whole or sliced fresh fruit over the mixture . You can add extra milk the next morning for a smoother taste. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of coconut and enjoy!
In order to evenly distribute the mixture, shake well before opening the bag and repeat before each use. Pour 2 to 3 tbsp of Superfruit chia bowl into a bowl. Cover with 6 tbsp of plant milk or fruit juice. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.
Our advice: leave to rest in the fridge overnight and enjoy for breakfast the next day. Nutritional reference values for an adult with an average intake of 2,000 kcal.
