Chia seeds

Due to the high concentration of lipids as well as minerals in chia seeds, they are an important source of omega 3 and 6. They are also naturally rich in calcium, phosphorus, zinc and fibres. Their colour varies depending on how they are grown but they still retain virtually the same properties. Do not exceed 15 g per day (one tablespoon).

Ingredient: 100% chia seeds* (Salvia hispanica).
