Goji berries have an exceptional nutritional value with 19 amino acids, 27 fatt y acids, trace elements, vitamins (A, B1, B6, C and E), beta carotene, flavonoids, zeaxanthin and beta sitosterol. Since antiquity, goji berries have been used in Asia for their medicinal properties. Indeed, goji, which means “happiness” in Chinese, is one of the best natural source of antioxidants. We select great quality goji berries coming from the Tibetan high plateaus.
- Up to 10 years old: 1 teaspoon preferably in the morning.
- Over 10 years old: 1 tablespoon in the morning.
A usage period of 3 months is recommended. Repeat it two to three times a year.
